Mark Rhyman began his career in technology after graduating from of Montreal's Concordia University, Mark obtained his Bachelor's of Computer Science in 2003, and his Master's degree in Computer Science in 2009.
His introduction to the ERP business, and specifically, cloud-based ERP systems came shortly after graduation. Working as a programmer, he found that his creativity was an asset when working on solutions for clients. He started Acumen Factory in 2011. In three short years, he grew the business from 1 to 15 full-time employees, and a client portfolio that spanned five continents. The beginning of 2015 saw the merger of Acumen Factory with Big Bang ERP, resulting in a cloud solutions powerhouse with almost 40 employees and customers across a variety of industries.

Gabriel Tupula

Gabriel Tupula has been working in the field of cloud-based ERP solutions for over 9 years. With a project management background, Gabriel has excelled in building cloud solution firms focused on operational excellence.
Gabriel graduated from the University of Montreal in 2002 with a degree in Computer Engineering. His technical background and desire to work in highly collaborative work environments lead him to professional services organizations. Eager to be part of an up and coming player in the cloud ERP space, Gabriel joined Big Bang ERP at the beginning of 2014. Within the first year the company grew to 20 employees solidifying itself as one of go-to cloud solutions firms. Gabriel saw an opportunity to join forces with Acumen Factory and thus one of the largest NetSuite Solution Providers was formed.
