Jess's Best Burger Recipe
In a large bowl, mix the above ingredients to create five, quarter pound patties. If you have the time, allow them to sit in the refrigerator for several hours, separating them with a sheet of wax paper. Once the burgers have made it on the grill, preheat a pan to medium heat on the stove and grease. When the pan is good and hot, crack the egg and cover for 4 minutes, to a perfect sunny side up. If you don't like a runny yolk, just pierce the yolk and flip after 2-3 minutes.
When the burgers have cooked to your liking, top with a slice of your favorite cheese, the fried egg and several slices of fresh avocado. If lettuce, tomato, onions and bacon are in your wheelhouse, feel free to throw them in the mix too! Add a side of baked sweet potato fries, a pickle spear and enjoy!

Riona's Margarita Recipes
This is one of my favorite drinks of the season to make. When the sun starts shining and it's feeling warm outside, nothing say summer like a nice, cold margarita. It may look like a lot of ingredients but this recipe is quick, simple and hard to get wrong. I've included two recipe's below; choose your poison wisely.
The first thing you'll have to is setup two small plates; one salt (or sugar) and one which has a little lime or lemon juice on it. Next pop all the ingredients together into a blender and mix until smooth. Take your first glass and drip the rim in the lime juice, shake off the extra and drop into the salt or sugar to coat the rim. Pour the margarita over ice into your glass and enjoy!
